Our approach is seamless and transparent. Since 1991 Mike Miller has been providing quality homes for hundreds of families throughout Southeastern Michigan. From very early in the new home industry, Mr. Miller realized that layers of management were creating stress for clients during the buying process. Mike and his team guided my wife and I through an extensive and challenging home rebuilding project in 2019. Over 13 months, our entire house was gutted (including exterior brick removal) and rebuilt, doubling the square footage and changing the entire envelope and style of the home. Mike was part of the process almost a year before we started and his team was exceptional throughout the project. Every home construction project has challenges and no project will be perfect. We had concerns about building a custom house, but Mike Miller was able to totally handle a unique architectural plan with some unusual roof lines. He was responsive to our questions and concerns during the construction process, and easily accommodated some custom changes to the floor plan as we actually saw the spaces develop. We were pleased that he would personally answer our calls, texts, or emails. He seems to have developed a good working relationship with quality subcontractors and employees. He has also been attentive to any of our concerns after occupancy.
