Mike Owens Building

We believe pre-planning and an eye for details is the key to achieving great results for every building project big or small. We believe that "failing to prepare = preparing to fail!" Mike Owens is the managing director of Mike Owens Building Ltd and brings over 17 years of experience in the building industry. Mike is a Licensed Building Practitioner and a member of Certified Builders Association of New Zealand. In addition, Mike is supported by a small team of administration staff. This allows Mike to work alongside his qualified team of carpenters 'on the tools' ensuring that all the work is always of the highest standard.
