We had estimates from 3 companies including M&M: one lower and one almost double the price. We chose M&M because their price was reasonable for what we wanted done, they offered Hardi-wood to replace the rotted fascia and soffit, the shingles would be hand-nailed, and frankly, they just seemed to know what they were doing. After we got the approval to proceed from our homeowner association, they started working within a week. The old roof and gutters were removed and the new roof completed in one day. The rotted wood was removed and replaced the next day and the painting and gutters were completed on the third day. As an added bonus, there was a huge storm on the 4th day with 50 mph winds and the roof passed the test.

M&M was one of four roofers I contacted for an estimate to repair broken rafters from slab issues, install hardiplank, and install a new roof on my house. The representative came out to my home. He said he would order a satellite image in order to make an accurate roofing estimate. Nothing . . . . I called and left him a message, left another at the office. Not sure what happened but over a month went by with no contact from anyone.

These guys are great! I had all of my windows redone, 9 of them, big and mall. The team came in did them all in no time at all and hen they left you could not tell hey ad been there. Cleaned up everything. Very professional and they even called a few days later to make sure I was still happy. Would recommend them to everyone.

Awesome company to do business with! From the fully explained original estimate to the final walk-through after the job was completed, everything went completely smooth and stress free. On time and very competant workers. Owner even made phone call to us a few weeks later to check up. Highly recommend M&M for roofing services.

Michael came out in February 2012 and provided a no pressure estimate of what we needed. We ended up getting a 30 year roof with insulation added underneath the shingles to minimize the heat transferred into our attic and then into our house during our blistering summers. The following summer we noticed about a 20-25 % decrease in our electric bill. We also had them replace our fascia boards and paint them to match our house. They also put up seamless gutters across the whole front of the house with 2 downspouts.. Conveniently the green color available was a perfect match for our house. Our house is 1550 sq. ft and the whole project cost $10,000. They were done on time with no surprise costs coming up. Michael was here both days to oversee the work being done. One of the things they do that impressed me was that they paint the new vents and turbines to match the color of the shingles, they basically disappear into the roof. Nice touch!

This contractor replaces my roof after a major storm. They were timely and finished the job in two days. I have not had a problem with my roof since. Sales reps were friendly.
