Rick Morales is outstanding in his field and his company is one of the finest custom homebuilders in Florida,. He is honest, trustworthy, and dedicated to providing the best possible result in the construction process. His team of professionals are in sync with the mutual goals of the owner and architect. Our home completed in 2016 is one of the most unique, and of the highest quality homes in Ponte vedra beach and Marsh Landing.

I am probably one of very few who loved the whole home building process. Morales Construction was a huge part of that. The contractors used by the builder were top notch. We had a site manager to oversee the details and make sure everything was going according to plan. Morales worked closely with our architect, hashing out complicated issues with the roof pitch, placement of beams, installation of finishes. They always made me feel like my project was of utmost importance to them. It is now 16 years later, and I would do it all over again. Still house proud!

Rick was instrumental in analyzing the purchase, renovation budget and project delivery for our family home in Ortega. He helped Holly and I review multiple properties and renovation options. Once we zeroed in our ultimate purchase, Rick and his team worked with Holly (the boss) to finalize a proposed plan. As usual, the "wish list" was greater than "the budget". Rick was phenomenal in "value engineering" some of the "wishes". Rick was able to deliver the project on budget and within the estimated schedule. It was the first time we ever worked with a builder were the true costs and time-lines were clearly articulated on the front-end of the project. Most importantly, our entire family and all of our kid's friends have enjoyed the home and the work performed by the Morales team has proven to be an incredible value. Rick is always there to answer a question or assist with inevitable maintenance issues. It is only a matter of time before "The Boss" engages Morales Construction to deliver a "Beach House". In the interim, I will peddle harder.
