The best service experience we ever had . Our salesman Matthew Johnson,we had 4 installers on 8/3/22 and 3 on 8/4/22 we had 7 amazing installers we had flooring in the kitchen and carpet in our living room,it all looks amazing! They were all very professional,kind,friendly,punctual,just amazing. The entire office gave us great customer service. 2 of the 7 installers was Ramsey Salamy,and Rudy Ferman I wish I would of gotten the other 5 names because they were all fantastic.

My recent experience with The Carpet Guys was a very positive one. The need for new carpeting arose from water seeping through a lower level bedroom wall. Chris Higgins, my sales representative, was courteous and informative regarding my carpeting options. His close attention also proved invaluable as he identified an additional area where water was entering the room. Had he not noticed this, the new carpet installation would have been ruined. I was equally pleased with the installation completed by Jose Gutierez. Even though I had misunderstood the arrival time, he was so accommodating, and he changed his schedule to ensure my carpet was installed on time. He did an excellent job placing the carpet under newly installed closet doors. I am grateful for such great customer service! (Order # MH064760)

Our installer Alex and his assistant showed up early the next day after the original crew walked off the job. They worked until 5pm on Saturday to complete the job. They were Very detail oriented and the floors are fantastic! They even hooked up my gas stove! I HIGHLY recommend them!!! Thanks Alex! My home is totally transformed!!! Mark

Great product. Quick installation. Couldn’t be happier. The installers were easy to deal with and the floors look great. They completed approximately 800 sqft of laminate in two days and approximately 700 sqft of carpet in an afternoon.

Excellent job installing carpet. Martin did a great job on stalling, cleanup and the staircase looks so nice. Would recommend them. Arrived on time cleanup great.

We had such a great experience with The Carpet Guys! It started when the sales rep came to our home - honestly, he’s the whole reason we purchased. Brian Erlandson was straight forward and made us feel comfortable. As we discussed our options, he was knowledgable of the products and answered all of our questions easily. In the end we felt certain that we were getting a good deal and the best price. We were supposed to have another company quote later that afternoon, and it’s only because we liked Brian so much that we cancelled them and just went with Carpet Guys! Then on the date of installation, we had a major snowstorm and I was certain we wouldn’t be getting our carpet installed - but mid-morning we got a call that they were on their way! I was SO excited. Two guys came - they were neat, efficient, polite, and hard workers. We were so happy with the job that was done and LOVE having our finished basement. We also had occasion to speak to the scheduling and office staff, everyone was always courteous and responsive. Would totally recommend Carpet Guys, and ask for Brian! :)

We have used the carpet guys for kitchen flooring and had such a great experience with Brian E. that we made sure to email him a few years later when we needed carpet for our 2nd floor. Brian was amazing and did not disappoint. He got us in for a consult appt quickly, came with tons of carpet samples, and was able to measure and give us a quote quickly that worked well with our budget. Our lead installer was Rafael - he and his team were amazing as well! On time, communicative, worked fast and did an amazing job. All of these guys need a raise. Thank you, Carpet Guys, for such a fabulous second experience. We refer you to all of our friends and family and we hope to use you again in the future. --The Hoppe Family

I made an appointment to get a quote for my carpet. Blake came out to my house, after measuring he showed me samples, and helped me choose the best carpet for me. He was very informative, and professional helping me choose a carpet in my price range. Jesse the lead installer did a great job, and left me very satisfied. I had an excellent experience with The Carpet Guys team replacing the carpet in my house.
