Next Era Design Studio

As a custom home builder and renovator, we know that good plans are vital to the success of a project. Jeff provided clear and detailed drawings and made himself available for any questions that arose. We look forward to working with Next Era again.

Next Era Design Studio has truly wowed me. I put my trust in Next Era Design in the Fall of 2016 after finding them on Houzz to re-design and re-think my 1890's Victorian which required a full interior gut job due to an extensive fire. Having never done an extensive re-build project such as the one I was about to venture into, the team at Next Era (Jeff & Karin) were great at ensuring that I was delighted at each step along the way. Whether it be the preliminary sketches, the architectural and engineering drawings, the City of Hamilton variance review and permitting process, or the attention to the detail of the overall design into to the execution of the build, I highly recommend the team at Next Era Design and if ever I do another design project they'll be first on my list of people to call.
