We needed a new air conditioner and all the terminology was very confusing to me. Someone from Northshore A/C & Heating came out to my house and sat on the couch explaining it all to me. This was VERY helpful. Their service was excellent and the price beat another well known name in town. Because of price, I had the air conditioner replaced one year and the condensing unit replaced the next year. Not only do the parts have warranties, but they also give a 1yr labor warranty!
