Terrible company. Don't know what they are doing. They just want your money and once they have it , they don't care what happens after. I have tried 4 times to get this shipment. Still have not gotten it. Save yourself some headaches.

Purchased a rug from this vendor that was either a floor model or belonged to someone personally. Had a light pink spot that smelled like cat urine (ammonia) and what looked like ash all over the carpet. Several areas of spotting and water markings underneath as if they tried to clean the rug before I got it. I stored this guy for months, so don’t be like me.. open and inspect the rug before it’s too late. That’s a major hassle for those of us in the interior design business.

We ordered the reception desk for our office here, and it looks really stylish. The ordering process was simple, and I didn't have any issues at all. Desk was delivered as scheduled and installed professionally by delivery manager Russel. I can recommend this store to anyone who's looking for sturdy reception furniture.

My experience was better than anything I could expect. I was looking for wardrobe and found one that I liked by ESF Furniture. The price was reasonable, so I ordered it here. The delivery and installation team did an excellent job. Guys called me when they were on their way. Wardrobe fits in my bedroom perfectly, and it looks stylish. It was the very satisfying experience.
