My husband and I highly recommend O'Connor's Carpet One. They did an outstanding job and we can't recommend them enough. Tammie, our design consultant, was very knowledgeable and shared her expertise. George accurately measured our floors. In fact, he measured 50 square feet less than another company making the difference in our decision. It made our decision easy to go with O'Connor's. The installers did an amazing job installing the carpet with precision. They matched the seams perfectly, were neat and very considerate. One installer has been with the company for 18 years. O'Connor's made it easy to replace our carpet. It is beautiful and we love it! Thank you so much O'Connor's for a wonderful job!

The staff at O'Connor's was excellent. Very professional, knowledgeable and patient. The original flooring I had picked out wasn't going to be available by my deadline, so they worked extra hard to find a different product in the same budget and I ended up loving it even more than the original choice. The installers were awesome. The fireplace wall is floor to ceiling stone and they carefully cut around each individual stone to get the tightest best looking fit. I would highly recommend O'Connor's Carpet One.

We worked with O'Connor's Carpet One back in July and then again in October of last year. They mainly did some consulting for us, they didn't do any of the actual installation-- we had outside contractors for that-- but when I went over to their facilities they were more than willing to help and always there with suggestions. We primarily worked with Becky and Linda, but everyone else there was very friendly. They kinda feel like family! I have nothing bad to say about to say about them. I would absolutely recommend them to any friends or family.

WE JUST HAD PORCELAIN TILE INSTALLED IN OUR KITCHEN, FOYER AND MUDROOM AND THE INSTALLERS WERE AWESOME. WE ARE EXTREMELY HAPPY WITH THE QUALITY OF THE WORK DONE BY THE TWO MEN WHO LAID DOWN THE TILE. I AM SOMEONE WHO IS EXTREMELY PICKY ABOUT WORK DONE ON OUR HOME AND WE ARE WILLING TO RECOMMEND BRIAN AND BRIAN TO ANYONE THINKING OF HAVING TILE INSTALLED IN THEIR HOME. DR. GARY L. We used O'Connor's for our carpet, wood flooring, tile shower, kitchen backsplash and our kitchen counters!! All the workmen were great and provided the best job we could have asked for, they were respectful and helpful about how to treat our wood floors, tile and granite counters. We were pleased with the price and would recommend O'Connor's to anyone needing flooring, tile work or countertops. Not to mention that Laura was a great help in choosing what carpet, tile and wood flooring to use and knew so much about each product, it really was a stellar experience all around!!
