I have used Shannon's services for three separate home remodels and interior design work. The timelines and costs for each project are not correctly depicted below as they were all different in size and scope. She has an impeccable work ethic. Her eye for color, the ability to put into practice the desires I had for the projects and the many useful suggestions she gave turned three consecutive houses/condos into the comfortable, pleasant home I wanted to live in. The folks she works with to get the job done are skillful, pleasant to be around and very knowledgable. If I have another project in the future, I will use her without a doubt!

Shannon Miller and her associate Ashlynn were both extremely helpful and patient with me remodeling 2 bathrooms from out of state. They offered many different selections and helped me stay within my budget. I am thrilled with my new bathrooms. I could not have done it without them!

We hired Shannon, from Payte Miller Interiors LLC, to help us with a remodel of our Mid-1980's Master Bathroom. From our 1st meeting, Shannon showed professionalism & understanding. When she presented us with her initial designs, she explained everything, so that we could understand her ideas. Her plans were professional , thorough & within our budget. Shannon Miller-Rice was amazing. We had all the floors removed and new flooring installed and upgraded carpet. This was a huge project and Shannon made it so easy. She is very professional, organized and knowledgeable. She communicated with me on how the project was progressing. The vendors she used were all excellent. My husband and I are very pleased with our new floors. I would not hesitate to use Shannon again or recommend her.

I have so enjoyed working and learning along side Shannon. In addition to having a keen creative eye full of ideas, she is so easy to work with, always organized (very important to me), punctual, communicative, manages expectations w quotes / estimates, has great listening skills, is able to help me narrow down options in a matter of minutes and is flexible. What I appreciate most is that she honors my preferences while introducing new ideas to have me consider. Due to my relatively small space and it being my first time w a remodel (learning about materials, verbiage, and trying to stay within my budget range), I managed the cabinetry / countertop / paint phase of the condo. In hindsight, I would have rather Shannon managed the process due to my hectic full time job schedule and having to learn quickly about the flow / sequencing of items to order, vendors to coordinate, etc. That said, she is adaptable to serve a role as a consultant or to manage a large project. I know she has extensive experience in both residential and commercial properties (hospitality) which is quite impressive! The amount of knowledge and insight Shannon encompasses from fabrics to appliances is astounding! Hands down, Shannon will continue to be my designer for future properties. We began the process of building a home and wanted someone with an interior design background to help during the construction phase as well as the interior design phase. Shannon is very professional, friendly, and always listens to what we think is important. She has great vision and gives us confidence in our decisions as well as providing options that suit our needs. Shannon's background and education provide her the skills for construction documents or simple sketches. Shannon is very organized and detail oriented. She is also very prompt and always delivers projects on time. We also appreciate what a great communicator she is. We highly recommend PMI for any design needs. Shannon is so easy to work with. She lets the client take the lead and is exhaustive in her research and developing the idea to make a success. She has extensive knowledge of design and building. She knows fabrics, fabrication, function. She is so punctual and very responsive to time constraints. I can't recommend her highly enough.

I contracted with Payte Miller Interiors for a refresh of my kitchen and remodeling of my living room. The end result exceeded my expectations, Shannon was great to work with and a true collaborater. I have worked with Shannon at Payte Miller Interiors three times (so far) on different jobs, one professional and two personal. Each time she gave great ideas that were always within my/our budget. I would catch myself saying, "I never thought of that before" and loving the ideas she came up with. I appreciate her follow-up and the fact that she takes care of the little details. For example, after we had an issue with the painting contractor she had hired for our home she was on the phone IMMEDIATELY and had someone over to rectify the problem within an hour. She has impeccable taste and is up to date with the latest fashion and colors (which I am not so I appreciate that greatly!!) She is a fantastic designer and I recommend her highly.

Payte Miller Interiors recently completed a redesign of the interior and exterior improvements and fixtures at the "Positano" condominium building in La Jolla, CA. PMI was hired by the HOA to refresh the property's prominent common areas implementing a more contemporary and coastal design theme. This included work to the main entrance, lobby, and residential corridors. Throughout the design, budgeting, and project execution phases of the project Shannon exceeded all of our expectations. Her ability to create solutions for some of the more challenging aspects of the project was excellent. Her knowledge of finish materials, space planning, lighting, colors and landscaping was tremendously valuable throughout the project. Working with Shannon couldn't have been easier. Her attention to detail and organized communication helped our HOA stay on schedule and on budget throughout the project. She worked diligently with us over a year to understand OUR taste and style. As a supplier working with designers can be a nightmare. Or it can be worse than that. Working with Shannon was, instead, a pleasure. She knew what she wanted but she was precise with budget, conscious of the manufacturing process, clear with her design vision.
