Nik, Harley and the team did a superb job, totally living up to their Permitshop name on a major overhaul and extension of our 104 year old arts and crafts home. Even more noteworthy is that they had to put up with me an architect living offshore, demanding the impossible from afar and with no current knowledge of the current NZ planning regs or building code. Their calm, talent and professional approach is so reassuring and the work was done on time and they always delivered even with constant difficult neighbour issues to deal with!
