All of our service technicians are CPO certified (Certified Pool Operator) and Tech I APSP (Association of Pool & Spa Professionals). We have consistently maintained an A+ Rating with the BBB. We provide excellent customer service and ensure a “shopping experience” with very competitive pricing every time you visit our store. At our friendly pool shop, you’ll find everything you need for your pool, spa and yard. We offer a complete line of above-ground pools, Bullfrog Spas, Catalina Swim Spas, Summerset patio furniture, Yeti Coolers, Big Green Egg grills, Infinita Teak Flooring, pool cleaners, accessories, and a huge inventory of parts and maintenance equipment. Our Board Shop is also your local destination for Hyperlite and Liquid Force wake boards and Yolo paddle boards. And to help you maintain it all, we provide full services for all of your pool and spa needs, including weekly service, liner replacements, opening and winterizing pools, equipment setups, leak detection, remodeling, and pool and spa repair.

They really were great to work with before the sale. Gave me a fair price, and said that at delivery their crew would set up the hot tub completely to make sure we knew how to make everything work. When they delivered, I was not able to be home and didn’t like how it was set up. I asked about having it moved, and they said they only would do set up once. I said I understood, and would pay to have it adjusted. Three weeks, and after multiple calls, no replies from the salesman. So now I have a hot tub hanging off the side of the $2k slab I had built for it. Looks awful. Also, we had to set up the hot tub ourselves. After they delivered, they didn’t fill the tub or set anything up......they just told my wife to read the manual. Not what I was understood from the salesman....but maybe I misunderstood when he told me they filled it, set it up, and made sure we knew how to work everything. Again......we bought from them because they were great during the sales process. Had I known how unresponsive they’d be after the sale, I’d def have bought from someone closer.

Even though I live outta town, Guntersville P n P is the first call for me. Info and equipment all dialed in. Not to mention all the great wakeboard gear too!

They have always been there when I’m out of something for my grill or I’m looking at their new inventory and spas. The owner will install and deliver anywhere. Great prices and people.

The Bullfrog spa is absolutely the best designed spa around. The modular approach is far superior to any other design. The support provided by Guntersville Pool & Patio was first rate.

Our entire experience was great. They were very helpful in our selection of a hot tub. We decided what we wanted on a Saturday and it was delivered and connected on Monday. Very professional and just a good group. We can't wait to get more time in the tub.

Many weeks to months spent on researching the multiple companies who manufacture spas, and I was settled that Bullfrog was the best of the best. It offered the Best warranty, best design and most efficient of all the top brands. But you pay for what you get and the price for the best is as expected. High. This is were working with experts like Chuck and Gary at Guntersville Pool and Patio make a huge difference in helping you make a good decision. They tirelessly work with you to get the spa of your dreams. And they just don’t stop with your purchase. They are always easily available for questions, service and/or other purchases for your spa. Highly recommend Guntersville Pool and Patio for your spa purchase.

I love my Bullfrog Spa from Lake Guntersville Pool. I resisted buying one for a long time but now wish I had done so sooner. It is so relaxing and truly helps my aching joints. The folks at Lake Guntersville Pool were amazing. Very helpful and answered all my questions. I highly recommend their company
