Poonam and her team do amazing work! They are extremely professional and thoughtful. Poonam took our awkward basement layout and designed intentional spaces. There are purposeful places to relax, play and entertain. She showed me how to use the space that we had to its full potential. Poonam took the time to get to know us and our style and, along with our contractor, incorporated it better than I could have imagined! She designed our basement seamlessly to become a part of our home. We get complimented specifically on her fresh ideas every time we show people our basement. Working with Poonam and her team was refreshing in such a stressful time. We love our basement and feel blessed by the personal touches that she added in both her function and design. We highly recommend Poonam's by Design!

I cannot say enough kind and professional things about Pam and ALL of her TEAM! From my 1st meeting with Pam when she came to my home and heard my vision of my remodel (kitchen, new paint, new floors, pantry, laundry room) to the final walk through with Vick, my project manager. I immediately felt comfortable with Pam. She is so good at her job and truly a wonderful human. She made my vision come to life and even better than what I expected. She made every step of process so easy and fun. All of her employees that assisted with the project were also very nice and professional. The day Roland came to my house (1st time I met him) it was snowing. I was outside shoveling and without any hesitation after he introduced himself, he grabbed a shovel and helped me shovel my driveway. This is just one example of how the team goes above and beyond without me even asking and this carried on throughout my entire project. As with any project, you come across a few hurdles but Poonam took on each hurdle with ease and provided a solution. As you can see from my review, I LOVE PAM and her team and would use them time and time again for future projects.

Incredible!!! We had our house remodel done with Poonam’s by Design. Pam and her team were easy to work with and we ended up with wonderful result! We had our entire finished interior updated/redone. Bathrooms redone, Kitchen remodel, all carpets replaced, hardwood floors refinished/ interior painting done/ laundry room redone. It’s like a new house. 5 Star job! Pam, and team, was responsive to questions and worries. Special thanks to all (Pam, Andie, Vic, Austin, Roland, Jose (and helpers), Jesus, Victor and Martin, Gerardo) many that I am missing. EXCEPTIONAL! Pam and her team did a full renovation of our new home (built in 1986). Pam is professional, kind, funny and most importantly talented with a top notch crew. Project consisted of full house paint (trim, doors, wallls ceilings), new floors (LVP & carpet), kitchen countertops, newly built island, new hardware and cabinets, new baseboards, update of all bathrooms + complete Masterbathroom remodel, new lighting, removed built-ins, new drywall, EVERYTHING. It was perfectly done and in the time Pam stated. Pam has a tatseful eye and will adhere to your style but will share ideas to get the end result you desire. The work is flawless, they will finish and touch up until the work is perfect. We fell in love with the one stop shop showroom, the staff, crew. Pam turned our dream home into the home of our dreams!!

Pam & her crew did a great job on our main-floor remodel. Her well established connections and reputation with reliable tradespeople in the industry really helped keep our project on track, as opposed to the time we surely would have wasted trying to coordinate all the different subcontractors ourselves. Pam has done this for years and has a system that works like a ‘well-oiled machine.’ Since “time is money,” this is not something to be underestimated! Pam also offers wisdom and suggestions to improve upon our original ideas, which made the overall project even better. And when we came up with new ideas for, say, a way to use void space in a wall, she was quick to research costs & get it integrated into the flow of the rest of the project without missing a beat. Pam and her crew are very accessible and responsive, and we are very happy with our remodel.

I went through a big change of life style where Pam became an active listener and brought in great advice and style to our newly purchased house. It entailed designing a 8,000 sq ft home. Matter of fact, we have gotten offers to buy our place and I know Pam has had a lot to do with that. Poonams By Design LLC made over my powder room. This was one of the only rooms in my house that I hated since I did a fast makeover when I didn't have much money and cut some corners. I would hate to use it and cringed when visitors would. Poonam worked her magic on it and it looks fantastic. It is modern and looks very high end compared to how it looked before and she replaced everything in the room for modern, classic looking items. I love to use it and my guests have even commented how much more spacious and polished it looks. Poonam did a great job aesthetically and worked within the budget I had.
