About Us

Rail Pro specializes in railing solutions with a focus on powder-coated aluminum railing systems for residential and commercial projects. The growing popularity of powder coated aluminum with contractors, architects, and homeowners is testimony to the value of our low maintenance, durable aluminum railing products. We've done work on residential deck railing systems and common area railing systems, including stair wells, public area guard rails and perimeter fences. All of our systems are designed to meet building codes for the USA and Canada. Our component systems provide customers with a wide variety of choices in top rail, picket types, fencing systems, decorative Juliet style balconies, and picket rail add-ons to make a picket railing system or Juliet style balcony truly unique.

Rail-Pro was the most professional, efficient, trust-worthy contractors we have ever hired. From the sales person /estimator / initial contact person, Chris Huskey, to the 2 installers, Rail-Pro did an outstanding job ! Chris H. showed us the product, explained the process, answered all of our questions, gave us detailed information, and obviously did a fabulous job of measuring for the installation. The installers were here on the date and time agreed upon and worked tirelessly for 2 days to complete a beautiful job. We are absolutely pleased with EVERY aspect of the project. The product and the installation is beautiful, well-designed and should last a lifetime.

Terrific and professional service from start to finish. RailPro responded to my initial inquiry with detailed bid the following day, was onsite taking measurements shortly there after, and installation was scheduled promptly. On the day of install, even with icy road conditions, the two installers arrived on time and got right to work. While on site they kept the work area clean and conversations quite and professional. As a small business owner myself, I appreciate a high level of service and this company did not disappoint. The final product is a perfect fit for our home. Thanks again for your excellent service.

From the first time I called the office, to the estimate, to the installers, to the billing department - RailPro is top notch and has excellent customer service! My husband & I are so happy we decided to have our front porch railings installed by them. We run a small home based business and many of our clients stop by our house so we need it to be easily accessed. When we moved into our new home the front porch steps definitely needed a railing to make it safer for my customers as well as my disabled sister. The railings that RailPro installed are AMAZING! So well placed, sturdy and weather proof - we love them! They are worth every penny! Thank you RailPro for doing such a wonderful job!

Rail Pro is a top notch company. They have done several railings and gates for us and the work and service is always great. The quality is excellent and will last a lifetime. We recently had a gate installed and there was a malfunction with the latch. We made the call and they had it taken care of the next day.
