Chris Rasnick transformed our outdated home to a warm contemporary work of art. The quality of the craftsmanship and attention to details rivals any truly custom "bigger city" builder. He's attentive, available and perseveres until the project is completed to the utmost satisfaction of his clients. He has just finished the renovation of our 6,000 sq foot house, build an awesome treehouse, and now he is beginning our outdoor kitchen, cabana and guest house transformations. We are privileged to live a "one of a kind" Rasnick home.

Chris is very thorough. He has great ideas on remodeling. He certainly helped us out on deciding what to do on our remodeling, He uses excellent carpenters and painters. We are very pleased with our remodeling and wouldn't change a thing. We can highly recommend him and would hope to use him again if we want to do anymore remodeling.

Chris did a complete remodel on a master bath for us. He and his crews were attentive, professional, and did a great job. Also, he had good design ideas throughout the process. I would hire him again and have recommended him to all of my friends.

We were thrilled with our kitchen remodel and bathroom renovation. The project was on time and on budget. We have had two major projects and one semi-major project done by Chris Rasnick Homes. Chris went above and beyond our expectations. He is proud of his work and I believe he thrives on perfection. His workers are extremely professional and respectful. They start early and at times work really late. We never felt like they just rushed thru our projects to just get done and move on to the next one. They all take great pride at what they do. Our first project was basically the entire downstairs of our house including our kitchen. It felt like a new house when they finished. My Kitchen is fabulous, he added and did things to my kitchen that I had not even thought of. They also built a beautiful outdoor kitchen in our back yard. Words cannot describe how much our home as change in a big drastic way. Every thing was alway done in a timely manner and Chris communicated with us through out all of our projects. We never felt out of the loop. He also added a whole new wing in our office. Once we worked with Rasnick Homes, there is no way we would go anywhere else. There is simply no comparison

We had a complete exterior remodel as well as a partial interior remodel. Chris has an incredible team of guys that work together to provide an exceptional remodel experience. We ended up with a new home that far surpassed everything we envisioned. Chris and his guys truly transformed our basic brick house into a beautiful unique stone, stucco and brick dream home. Rasnick Homes completed an addition and remodel to our home and we would highly recommend Chris and his team. We added a master bath, closets and laundry room, also painted, remodeled an existing bath and front entry,added a Murphy bed and shelving. The crew's craftsmanship and attention given to every detail has made our home addition a show place that we love to share. Chris spent the time necessary to discuss details that made our vision become a reality. Not only did Chris make sure that all of our design instructions were followed, he also was able to suggest design ideas that truly made a difference in the wow factor. We lived in our home during the remodel and the workers were polite, neat, and trust worthy and Chris has excellent rapport with them. I was even comfortable going out of town during the remodel and leaving the crew working with Chris in charge. Chris Rasnick, owner of Rasnick Homes, and his team did an exceptional job for us. Mr. Rasnick is an extremely gifted individual. He has the ability to communicate with the client to determine exactly what they envision - at times when the client is even unsure. Mr. Rasnick was alway available to answer any questions or to explain any building questions we had. I am not sure, based on the nature of our remodel and home addition, any other builder in the area could have completed this job to our liking. We are fortunate we hired Rasnick Homes. The project was a very large remodel, in excess of $1,000,000.00. The project was done in a very professional way and I could not be more pleased. I recommend Chris Rasnick without reservation. He is not just a contractor, he is also an artist.

My wife and I enjoyed working with Chris. His work involved a couple of additions and a complete remodel of the outside of our home (brick removal and replacement with brick and stone, window replacement and redesign, as well as a redesign of the front entrance). Because the windows and entrance were redesigned, extensive work occurred within our home incorporating the inside walls with the new windows. The remodel was completed within the time anticipated at the inception, and the costs of the remodel were well within the margins of the original plan. We plan additional additions/remodels and will use Chris/Rasnick Homes for that work.

We designed the home of our dreams and hired Chris Rasnick to build it. Chris' intuitive imagination, communication skills, patience with our decision making processes, and thoughtfulness throughout the construction of our home was an immeasurable "value added" to the spectacular end result. Chris rapport with the crews working to build our home, and their obvious respect for him, was another intangible which instilled great confidence in us during construction, and continuing to this day, that our home was well built. We believe Chris is as proud of our home as we are. Frankly, it was a joy working with Chris. Probably the highest compliment we can give Chris is if we ever wanted to build another home, we would automatically seek out Chris for the job.

We liked the first house that Chris built that we lived in so much that we never hesitated to have him build our current house. Chris is always looking for new and creative ways to make his houses unique. There is nothing cookie-cutter about his houses. For example, Chris spent a lot of time looking for just the right kind of old shutters and gates for our house. His guys also venetian-plastered almost the entire interior of our house by hand. Chris was also always available to meet with us to discuss anything related to the building process. We were also very impressed with Nathan ( the architect Chris uses ). If you are looking for a builder, we can highly recommend Rasnick Homes.

We enjoyed working with Rasnick Homes and felt they were our partner in building our home. Chris is creative and works with top notch subcontractors. Chris Rasnick was energized to create excellence, not just his own profit like so many builders. He was even more eager to finish little details than we were, and it's usually the other way around. Chris Rasnick (Rasnick Homes) did an exceptional job adding on a trophy room to my existing house. The trophy room turned out better than I imagined and everyone that sees it is highly impressed. It was completed on time and on budget. In addition, Chris was great to work with. He keep me up to date on cost and timing. He also made some really good suggestions on changes to design, paint, lighting, etc. All his crews were wonderful. They were very professional, had a great attitude and very to good to work with and be around while construction was ongoing.
