Mike and his crew at Redline Construction have helped us with several projects at two different houses. Mike is reliable and is great at communicating both expectations and progress. His crew and professional connections are the best in the business. We had a little hiccup with some plumbing that was done, and Mike did not hesitate fixing it under his warrenty. We worked with Redline on renovating three bathrooms, redoing some built in cabinetry, and finishing an entire basement—complete with new floors. I highly recommend Redline for any projects and house renovation needs!

Mike King and his team at Redline construction did an amazing job for us. They finished a basement room and replaced the carpet on our stairs and second story with new flooring. The process with Redline was smooth from start to finish. Mike was quick to respond to a request for a quote and pricing was reasonable. We weren't sure what kind of flooring we preferred so Mike put is in contact with Sarisand Tile and their knowledgeable staff to discuss options. The Redline crew that performed the work was skilled; courteous; and great at communicating what their plan was for the day, arrival time, departure time, etc. We changed our minds on the material for our stairs and Mike was prompt with new options and the pricing difference. I would highly recommend Redline Construction.

We tell anyone who asks that Mike King, of Redline, has been a gift to us from the contractor gods. We have now worked with him for 3 months (major changes to the home we purchased which have gone on all around us while we have lived in the house) and he has, without exception, been dependable in every way possible, completely trustworthy (he has the keys to our house and our alarm code), responsive, responsible, always on time, communicative, and thoroughly professional while also being completely enjoyable to deal with. We wish we had more superlative adjectives that we could use but suffice to say: We will be eternally grateful that we ended up with Mike/Redline handling our job. Redline has completely built out our walkout basement and constructed a free standing working shop for us. We also use Redline for maintenance projects that are beyond our access or skill levels. Redline paced the projects to work within our budget. Workmen are friendly, enthusiastic, and neighborly. We are very satisfied with the work. It does take a little while to get things completed though, but I think that is normal for most contractors.

Redline has done several jobs for us to include window sill repair,electrical addition and relocation ,cabinet relocation and plastering. I have also had estimates provided for additional work to include a covered porch and bathrooms renovation. The work will be done by Redline when we can schedule. We have found the owner and his talented team or employees to be very professional in providing a high quality of finished work.When they committed to do the work we found them to be reliable in completion of the job. It is our opinion that this will be an ongoing relationship.
