This experienced realtor has seen many home photographers over the years. Dave Koch is award winning for many reasons: He works well with the selling clients, his photography is extremely detailed and he throws in his artistic crafted professional eye. The home photos you get from Dave are first class. My clients are thrilled when they see his final product. I love his creativity so much I hired him for my kids senior photos too!

I've had the opportunity to work with Dave on a couple of listings and I love his work! He is very professional and provides high quality, high resolution photographs. The photos taken of my listings truly highlighted the best that each property had to offer. In both cases the sellers wanted to keep these photos to remember their house by! I highly recommend him!

Dave was wonderful to work with-from scheduling, to the photo shoot, to answering questions, to really quick turn around time for the photos. We received on offer on our house the first day we listed. His photos did the job! He is an extremely talented photographer.

Wow! What a great photographer to work with. Dave was passionate and knowledgeable about capturing images that made our home look great! Most importantly, Dave was flexible (I moved our shoot 2 times waiting for perfect weather), communicated quickly by both phone and text and was very customer focused. He was adamant about us not paying his fee until our photos were just like we wanted them. Dave's photos for our home's brochure were amazing! We would highly recommend him for your photo shoot!

Dave does such an amazing job with all the photos we have him do for our company. We hired Dave to come and photograph all our new properties here at PMI Utah do this day he continues to amaze us.
