The Residence Collection

I have had now two sets of FAULTY R9 windows fabricated and fitted neither were made to the brochure specification. In both cases one large window would not meet building regulations safety requirements, fake calculations were supplied by the fabricator to pass building control. Residence 9 do not want to know. All windows have missing components, Other parts used were not from the R9 stable. Most windows bowed in two directions. the second set the workmanship by the fabricator is appalling, the MD of R9 has seen lots of photographs but will not intervene. R9 hooked me into the system with a fantastic brochure, before purchase they were very helpful explaining exactly how the windows would be made, but did not mention that they did not make them or control, how they would be made, they just promote a dream that is not reality, VERY VERY BAD
