I hired Restore after experiencing a house fire. From beginning to the end someone from Restore guided me through the entire process. They arranged the dry cleaning service to remove all clothing and textiles from my home. They arranged for all of my items to be removed from my home and to be cleaned. They took care of everything! During the renovation, they gave me the BEST contractor! His name is Tom Furczon. I’ll admit that I am fussy and very attentive to details. Tom had the perfect disposition to work well with me. I am beyond thrilled with the work done on my home. The team that removed things from my home were very trustworthy. I inadvertently left money, personal identification documents, and jewelry behind. I am grateful that these items were ALL returned to me. Finally, Restore has phenomenal customer service. Of course there were a few minor hiccoughs that were addressed and remedied in real time. I assure you that they stand behind their service and workmanship. Many thanks to Candi and Paige for their attention and assistance. I hope I never have to use Restore again, but they’d be my first choice in a devastating event.

Pipe in my basement ceiling burst during the workday while no one was home! Water spraying all day long. I called Restore and they were amazing! The response was fast and so professional the company is a family owned business and they really care and provide excellent service.

Restore went above and beyond to satisfy my needs. They are a one of a kind company because they do it all, they help me with my insurance loss, took care of the entire process after my fire loss and performed the construction in a timely manner. I cannot thank them enough for all of their help! They were very professional throughout the entire process and their staff was impeccable. I highly recommend them for any work you need done, thank you Restore you are truly the BEST!

On May 10, 2018, we had a total loss. Fire in Lansing Illinois. I contacted my State Farm agent and he recommended Restore Construction. So, I contacted Patrick and Augi from Restore and they immediately started helping us on every aspect of the claim from temporary housing, contents and construction. Before Christmas 2018, my house was completely refinished to my liking and I bought all new Furniture. I would highly recommend restore construction to anyone who had a fire.

Restore was very easy to work with, They stood right with us and are very knowledgable while they helped us go through Fire Damage in our House. The Office and Construction Crew were very Professional and very good at what they do. Would I recommend them to someone else,, HELL YEAH

We did not enter into a contract with Restore because they made certain representations verbally. These were things that were quite important to us. There was no mention of them in the written contract. The written contract indicated that it was complete and that the verbal representations would have no effect. Additionally, the written contract was unspecific as to when they would perform the services and requested that we sign over all of the insurance proceeds to them before the work even started. We thought this seemed unprofessional and chose to hire someone else.

We had a house fire, and they are exceptional to work with. They bring in a very professional team , helping along the way with any questions we needed answered.
