I installed an automated set of 6 panel doors and three additional outer doors and windows. The design experience working with my architect was professional. The finished product on the doors is the highest quality. Any questions relayed to Riviera were dealt with quickly and directly. I had taken down a 20 foot wide wall for a penthouse in ny and installed these doors to create a continuous open space from my terrace to living room. The finished product is elegant and become a center piece of my apartment.

I have a 10 year old custom window from RB. Within 2 years some of the dual pane panels started fogging from the sealant. They replaced them the first time then I had to pay every 2 to 3 years. Now, once again, there are multiple panels fogging. I have e-mailed multiple times to order replacements but no one replied. I called multiple times but no one answers the phone nor replies to voice mail messages. I drove there 35 miles and left a card with my contact info with an employee who said he would give it to the company president, Sid Anderson. Still no contact. So I'm going to give up on RB and use a different, more responsive, company.

I have a large project in Dallas that Riviera is under contract to deliver. They are months behind delivery and there is virtually no communication from them. They have 80% of the contract money and now will not return calls. The product samples were very nice but if you have a project that needs to stay on schedule then I would be very skeptical of this company. So far they have not delivered a single window or door.
