Ron Robinette was a true pleasure to work with. It was clear from speaking to his references and reading reviews/testimonials that he is the best in his field. My husband and I live in Orange County, CA and so an architect that was accessible and that we could communicate easily with was of the utmost importance. I can highly recommend both the Robinette Architects and the Robinette Construction Co. I had the pleasure of working with them on designing and building a beautiful contemporary house on 73 acres. Ron even found the property for this magnificent home. He was a pleasure to work with. Always upbeat with great ideas and knowledge of ever phase of the project, including the interior design. One of the major benefits over a year after completion is that Ron continues to assist with new ideas and execution. Ron Robinette served as both architect and builder on our 3 year project, The site was complex to build upon, but he designed an elegant contemporary home that maximizes materials, views and energy efficiency. We worked with Ron to design and build our home in Oro Valley. Ron is a brilliant architect! His designs are unique and particular to the lot. He is very sensitive to the personalities of his clients and uses this sensitivity throughout the design and building fazes. He is very detail oriented and he doesn't stop until the build is completely finished and his clients are very happy. I have worked with many great architects, but Ron is simply the best.

We hired Ron Robinette, and his firm, to remodel our Joesler home, that was built in 1941. These homes are treasures and we wanted to update the home and systems, but also maintain the original charm and elegance. The remodel was no small job. It included architectural changes, complete replacement of the HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and various other systems. In addition, we built a 1500 sq ft casita that is attached to the house. The job took almost two years and it exceeded our expectations. Ron has several great strengths. He can understand and "see" what the homeowner is attempting to achieve and he is able to put that vision into reality. He worked very well with the general contractor and the subs. We never had any problems during the construction that could not be resolved. The house is done and it is beautiful. We love living here and never intend to leave. The house has been in several local and regional magazines and on home tours. I cannot recommend Ron and his firm highly enough. You will not be dissatisfied working with Ron.
