Ruben S. Ojeda Architects is a full service boutique design firm. With over 20 years experience in new and renovated residential and commercial projects throughout Southern California. The company prides itself on providing modern creative and sustainable design solutions for each client. Our task is to find the best contemporary solution given the program and budget constraints. Our process to achieve these goals is through the use of 3D modeling/BIM (Building Information Modeling). With this tool and while developing the design the client is an active collaborator in the process so opportunities are not missed. This relationship with the design process enables for the greatest rewards to the client & their project.

We originally hired architect Ruben Ojeda in 2005 for a major redesign and addition to our home, and we’ve been very happy with its’ beauty and function inside and out. This year we asked Mr. Ojeda to design a carport & garage combination for us, which would complement our home’s period and esthetics, and be a focal point at the driveway entry. After drawing and computer generating a number of solutions, Mr. Ojeda had plans and engineering schedules printed for our contractors, which impressed them with their clear attention to codes and architectural detail. What started out as a design for a small living-room improvement project mushroomed into a whole-house remodel because of the Northridge earthquake, which heavily damaged my home. Ruben expanded his original plans to include pretty-much the whole house. Without expanding the footprint of the home, he was able to open up the interior space and make the house more usable, and enjoyable. He was easy to work with, prompt and concise with his communication. I was very pleased with the result and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

I can not praise Ruben enough. He is a wonderful architect and took on a hard situation- a Woolsey fire burn out- and designed us a beautiful house. Getting through the complications of a fire rebuild was not easy and Ruben was so patient and kind. He was just a pleasure to work with. His sense of space and attention to detail just made our new house spectacular!!! He has a great design aesthetic and an elegant sensibility. I highly recommend him. You will be lucky to have him!
