I cannot say enough about Robin's talent, vision and professionalism. We purchased a fixer upper without any knowledge of how to renovate and she held our hands through the entire process- making it easy and fun! Our renovations included adding an office (along with custom iron and glass doors), all new hardwood flooring, upstairs carpet and paint throughout the entire house, a new kitchen (including a custom island and large pantry that Robin designed) with a new backsplash and quartz countertops, all new lighting, fans and a fireplace makeover. Her design ideas took our outdated, 90's-era home in McKinney from dated to our Dream Home, and all within our budget. I am so incredibly grateful we got to work with Robin!

Robin is fantastic! We're currently remodeling our entire home and could NOT have done this without her!! Robin has an amazing gift and ability to transform your home from outdated and boring to FABULOUS and fun!!! She worked with me to create plans on almost EVERY room in our house. Robin is great to work with and is very responsive to questions, updates, etc. She worked with our budget to redo our living room, and gave us great suggestions such as replacing our fireplace surround which transformed our room. We will be talking to her again on renovating our bathrooms soon.

Robin Stevens is extremely talented and is great to work with. We couldn't be happier with our upstairs bathrooms. She created a bathroom that was both bright and masculine for our teenage son. We were introduced to Robin through our Real Estate agent. He simply said “she’s the best!” Robin’s keen design eye, excellent taste, practical experience and sage advice about a potential “fixer upper” was crucial to our decision to purchase. A lot of work (translate money as well) would be needed to transform a tired property (but with “good bones” and a great view) into our ideal retirement mecca; paint, bathrooms, kitchen, flooring, lighting, furniture ... the works. Robin selected the perfect contract partner to work with us. Together they had great ideas and recommendations, both beautiful AND practical; always upfront about costs and ever sensitive to our budget. So we took the plunge, purchased the house, hired Robin and immediately left her the key so we could wrap up our life back East & prepare for a move to Texas. Robin served as our visionary, designer, guide, collaborator, proxy, partner, educator and client advocate through all the stages of the project. We found her to be professional, positive, efficient and fun! She is unflappable in the face of challenges, always having a couple of back up plans up her sleeve, and continues to follow through to ensure we are completely satisfied. Our project is close to wrapping up. Our new retirement home is transformed. Our neighbors have declared the results “simply stunning!” And we are planning an “open house” soon to show it off.
