I have known Rus for over 10 years and worked with him on the design of a recently completed single-family home project. Rus works collaboratively and understands the many competing priorities in any design project. Rus stayed with the project through some unforeseen changes and helped immensely in navigating the building permit review process. I am looking forward to working with Rus again on my next build.

Rus did a great job with my house plans. I interviewed several architects and while most were qualified to deign my project Rus was the most responsive and very flexible. Some of the other firms were too inexperienced (never designed a whole house or couldn't get permits in the City) or too high-end (wouldn't touch a project under $2MM). Rus was exactly what I was looking for. He met with me several times and we did a lot communication over email. Rus took the time to understand what I was trying to accomplish and really helped balance the ascetics and the budget. Rus provides a great service and a great value. He really brought the project to life. He offered great suggestions and ideas and when I needed to make some significant changes due to budget constraints Rus helped me figure out the best way to reduce the size of the house but still keep everything that was important to me. I can't wait to get the house finished and show off the great work Rus did. I would use Rus again in a heart beat and highly recommend him to anyone needing an architect for any reason.

We recently purchased a 100 year oldbungalow. The roof needed to be replaced and so we decided to look at potential options for adding an addition. After sending out a request for proposals and meeting with several architects, we hired Rus to explore a few concepts for us. Rus came up with a couple thoughtful concepts on how to add an addition without negatively impacting the look of our historic house. Rus was easy to work with and came up with some inventive ideas.
