Russells Curtains & Blinds

I would not recommend this company for curtains unless you’re prepared for the long haul and plenty of your phone calls questioning where they are. I had a brilliant first meeting and picking colours etc with great help. Thank you Chelsea you are not part of this review. I was told that they would come and remove the curtains and they would be sent to the factory along with the new ones to be made and this would be done in a 3 week turnaround. My initial first ones took 6-7 weeks to get back with me making contact to see where they were. They were hung then found the job wasn’t done properly as they were actually just clipped as before and some of them were broken already. So back they went and return with the hem on one just safety pinned not sewn for a metre in the middle. Back it went and now this morning it was supposed to be hung at an agreed time and no show. More phone calls. All in all it has now been over 3 months since my curtain went and I still haven’t go a complete set. I’m completely over it and no apologies just I don’t know why that’s happened, don’t trust this company unless you want headaches & heartaches.

This is jus note to to say what an amazing service and experience I've had with Jenny Coombes. She was assigned my request for providing curtain nad blind options for my new place. Jenny was very accommodating to my schedule. Jenny really listened to my requirement and provided suitable suggestions/ recommendation. She was easy to chat with and came back to me on all my queries on time. Jenny provided an awesome customer service

This is the second time I have used Russell's Curtains. Found the service excellent, Lisa visited measured up and provided guidance when choosing fabric. Russell's - based in Nelson - provide service in Christchurch and I am so glad they do. The finished product are beautifully sewn and in my case perfect pattern matched. We would like to thank you very much for your service throughout our house blinds, both choosing and installation recently. We thank you for sorting out the faulty blind in our daughter's room which has been completely remade and hung. Your customer service and personal service is amazing.
