Ryan came into our Reno’s half way through. He was very flexible in his approach and ensured that everything fit perfectly. He had to do some last minute adjustments on the spot. He did five pieces in our house and we get lots of compliments on what he did.

I cannot stress the level of quality Living Edge Furnishing's provides. The craftsmanship, artistry and attention to detail are incredible. Ryan is an amazing at what he does. First we hired him to design and built our coffee table, and then shortly after we bought a bench. Both of the pieces are beautifully done and fit perfectly within our house decor. Lastly we asked Ryan to create a decorative bowl for us which is absolutely perfect. My husband and I would would highly recommend Ryan not only for his skills when it comes to creating unique furniture and decor but also for his professionalism. It has been a pleasure dealing with Ryan and I am sure we will buy more pieces from him in a near future.

I have been working with Living Edge Furnishings for a year now. They supply my company with handmade, live edge drink coasters for gifts to my clients. They were incredibly patient with me as I worked with them to define what exactly I wanted. The gifts have been so well received by my clients and we are now entering a 2nd year and expanding the selection of products to charcuterie boards, candle holders, phone and business card holders and cutting boards. Ryan has been a great partner and supports our events with creative opportunities too. The craftsmanship has been a great representation of what I wanted to provide to my most high end clients.

Ryan build us a shelving unit for CD's out of reclaimed shiplap boards. These would have otherwise been scrap or firewood. He did an amazing job. His attention to detail and craftsmanship are evident in all his work. Would recommend to anyone looking for environmentally friendly and beautiful wood furniture.

When we bought our river heights bungalow along with it came two beautiful huge apple trees in the back yard. All we could think of was that these trees were lovingly planted at the time the house was built in the 1950's or earlier. We of course loved these trees and the shade and green they provided. Unfortunately after several wet and windy summer..and much attention on our part, our two apple trees had reach the end of their life cycle, and there was not more we could do to save them. These trees had been apart of this property for over half a century and we knew that we wanted to find a way to preserve the wood and keep it a part of our house. By luck we were introduced to Ryan and learned about his living edge furniture creations. Instantly we could tell that not only was he passionate about his work, he was a talented artist and creator, who was just as enthusiastic about preserving a part of our trees as we were. Ryan was extremely professional and dedicated to creating the best pieces of furniture from our wood as possible, making sure throughout the design process, to highlight and feature the natural woods' beauty in the best way possible. The communication and involvement we had as customers made us feel like we had 100% involvement in the design and creation process. We were confidant that Ryan was helping us to create and invision pieces of furniture that were not only functional, but a piece of art..Pieces that met all our requirements and would truly honour our tree to keep it a part of this family home, as it had been for so many years. From picking up the wood, to pictures and communication along every step of the cutting, kiln drying, design and creating process, Ryan was so hands on working together with us.
