I have been trying to get the shipping status of my order for over a week. I was in initial email contact with this vendor to ensure they had the item I needed and they replied that they did and were responsive until 1 week ago - about the time they charged my credit card.. I get voice mail when I call the number and several emails have been unanswered. I am trying this route to as I cannot seem to contact anyone.

I have placed two separate orders for the Gramercy TV Stand & was told by Houzz they would be delivered by now. I have not received a shipping confirmation on either piece and it's been over a month. Awful experience.
