Founded in 1972, the company started as a small custom home builder in Cape Coral FL. Soon the company was building custom homes in all of Lee County and most of Collier Counties. Marvin Development offers our customers experienced advice while guiding them through the new home design and construction process and provides a warranty that is second to none. The award winning builder currently has a model home in Naples Reserve.
