Carrie, Thank you so much for allowing us to help you create "your" dream home! Everything that you mentioned above is what we strive for in our business. We like to listen to our clients and find out exactly what they want to create in their home and then we expand on that. It might be a different design in a master bathroom or an amazing tile that adds interest and functionality to a mud room but our goal is to hear, "Wow, I never thought of that"! LOL We feel that every space in your home should have a look. Even if it is the small half bathroom off of the mud room. When you walk into each space in your home you should have something to look at and feel excited about. Adding small eclectic/artistic detail to your home is what we are all about and THANK YOU and your family for trusting us and allowing us to design your forever home with you. We love what we do thanks to people like you!!! Can't wait for the next phase of this project. P.S. You are great fun to work with as well!!!!

We are very sorry that you feel that you had a bad experience. We are extremely passionate about our work and had a wonderful time staging your home. We have worked with your realtor, Betty Lazarro, many, many times in the past and for that reason we made sure that your home was more than ready for her Open House on the weekend and on the following week for the Brokers Open House. We want you to know that we went above and beyond by bringing extra patio furniture (at no extra cost) and making extra trips to put it out for her Open Houses. We attended her Brokers Open to help guide people through your home if needed because our goal is to help you sell your home. We also finished this job quickly and efficiently and cleaned and scrubbed floors, bathrooms, and countertops throughout the home etc. without asking for payment until it was finished because of our relationship with Betty. We also purchased a $22.00 can of color matched paint for your bedroom because there wasn't the right color in your paint stash in the basement. Again, because it is important that everything is in perfect condition, we had no problem doing these extras.

Himani, we want you to know that we really tried hard to make your home a showplace as it is a very beautiful home to begin with. I think the hurt feelings came in when we did not realize that you were still living in the home and we were worried about our furniture, as staging furniture has to be placed in many homes and has to remain in pristine condition. We are sorry if it came across rude that we were concerned. When you expressed your feelings we more than apologized as it was not our intention to ever make you feel badly. Please let us know how we can fix this and make this a positive situation for everyone moving forward. Please call us if you need to speak with us further as we would like to make sure that we can resolve this.

Lee, Thank you so much for the review! We loved helping you organize your ideas and get them moving forward. Alot of times people know what they want they just aren't sure how to start the process.
