Great concepts but no follow through. She gave us a design that we ended up changing multiple times due to her bad measurements and no clue about form and function. She rarely showed up for appointments or responded to phone calls, walk through’s or requests. She ordered triple the amount of tile we needed for the space, then refused to return the overage claiming it was a special order and couldn’t be returned. She finally bought the extra 15 boxes back from us a year later when we refused to pay for it. She never even bothered to see the finished space she claimed to design. All in all she was very unprofessional and unpleasant to work with and was not worth the money we ultimately had to pay her.

Sarah is great to work with and has the capability to bring the project to life before committing with her 3D software.
