We are thoroughly pleased with our experience with Jacqueline Newell of Saratoga Kitchens and Baths. Looking to remodel our kitchen, we first met her at a home show. We took her card, but feared a small boutique like this might be too upscale and pricey. We were so wrong. After coming to our house, and countless emails back and forth, Jacqueline presented us with a fabulous design that transcended our imagination. She was very knowledgeable and precise, as well as easy to work with. We tried another company (a local chain) as well, but the designer was sub par to Jacqueline and the cabinets much more expensive! Throughout the actual remodeling process, Jacqueline was very present and provided precise directions for the contractors. The quality of their product line is outstanding and affordable. My experience with Saratoga Kitchens and Baths was wonderful. Mary Joyce was my designer. She listened to what I was looking for and helped bring it all together perfectly. She is very detailed and worked hard to make everything in the kitchen flow yet it is symmetrical just as I like. My kitchen is beautiful and I would not change a thing.

We waited a long time before undertaking our laundry room and kitchen remodel. We knew we needed to work with a designer to help us make the project the best it could be, and we chose Jacqueline Newell of Saratoga Kitchens and Baths to assist with the design aspect. We had been contemplating the renovation of our 30-year old kitchen for quite some time, but choosing a reputable professional was one of the items holding us back. Mary Joyce was highly recommended to us and from the outset, we felt so comfortable and confident with her knowledge and guidance. Not ever having done such an extensive remodel, we weren't exactly sure what our budget was- we just knew what we wanted. However, as we discussed the project with Mary, she understood the spending range we would be comfortable with and based her design and recommendations on that range. The 3D designs really helped us visualize the finished product and select the cabinetry elements that best suited our needs. By moving and widening the doorway into our family room, Mary provided a more open concept and created wall space for a beautiful 8-foot beverage bar in our breakfast area. Mary was with us every step of the way from design to completion to a photo shoot of the project which was posted on Houzz. She kept the project on schedule with her knowledge of lead times for the various vendors and accompanied us to appointments at lighting, tile and countertop stores where her advice and experience were invaluable. We have been enjoying the kitchen for over a year now and each day we are so thankful for Mary's talent and professionalism!

The experience we had with our designer Mary was outstanding right from the start. We had been looking to remodel our kitchen and were unhappy with everyone we had encountered until we meet Mary at a local home show. Her knowledge & professionalism stood out right away so we began a more engaging conversation. She answered all our questions, never appeared pushy or put pressure on us and appeared to show true caring about what we needed so we choose Saratoga Kitchens and Baths for our project. Her design was almost exactly what we were looking for. She was more than willing to show us different ideas as well as provide terrific ones herself and all in a very timely manner. After collaborating together for a short time we had our "Dream Kitchen". Mary became a part of our family and was available for us anytime for any reason from beginning to end. You can see how much she loves what she does and it shows. She was as enthusiastic and excited about our new kitchen as my wife and I were, heck sometimes I think even a bit more than us. I had a complete kitchen remodel designed by Mary Joyce. Mary has a true gift for design and the ability to provide excellent products. She is very professional and easy to work with and solved all my design dilemmas especially the lighting. The 3D design was so helpful to visualize the kitchen. She was always at our service when the project was being done. Her design expertise went beyond the kitchen to other rooms of our townhouse. A 5 star experience. I love my kitchen!! Mary is highly recommended.
