I live in Volusia County but they were more than willing to come to me. Seminole’s owner Chris was hands on and the liaison George was fantastic to work with. The vendors they chose were top quality and reasonably priced. The job the workers did was expertly done. We redid our guest bathroom and I have had the most wonderful compliments from everyone including people in the renovating business. They also completed the renovation on time!

I spoke with many previous customers of this company and our decision was made as all of them had positive things to say about Chris, the workman, the quality of work and the finished product. We remodeled all three bathrooms enlarged our family room utilizing the current one and the bonus room. We met with Chris and discussed our vision. He offered ideas that made the design better. We worked with George Karl and Chris throughout the project. There were a couple of issues but the team found the solution quickly and at reasonable cost.

Seminole Construction and Design was the best choice we made to remodel our bathroom. They were professional, timely, and responsive. They helped us stay within our budget as well. They were in constant communication with us and were very trustworthy. Even when things did not go as planned, they helped us through everything and made sure the job was done right. We loved using them and will be using them again for future projects.

Chris Lerch and his crew at Seminole Construction did a complete renovation of our bathrooms and kitchen at our condo in Winter Park, FL (just north of Orlando), and we couldn't be happier. Chris is a very good listener, and he successfully made our vision a reality. He's also skilled at explaining what he's doing, and why, and he did an excellent job of solving the problems that inevitably arise during renovations. He started the job when he said he would and wrapped it up virtually on time. We are thrilled with Chris'work and recommend Seminole Construction highly.
