What a wonderful man owns this business. My ceiling was leaking water and I was worried it was the roof. A neighbor thought it was my a/c and thought I should call a repairman. But it was a Sunday .Kirk Croffoot came out anyway and didn't charge me a dime extra for the weekend. He took care of the problem and told me what to do in the future. He was wonderful. I plan on using him to install insulation this winter.

Kirk is a rare breed of business owner who really cares about his customers. Regardless of the day of the week or temperature Kirk goes the extra mile to make sure your home is properly cooled and/or heated. He has a lifetime of knowledge which he willingly gives if you want, or he will simply do the job and tell you when it is done. He believes in doing the job right the first time. Kirk has longtime, loyal customers who refer him to neighbors friends and most of all family. I am a new customer but I feel part of the Croffoot family and can sleep comfortable at night knowing if anything happens, Kirk will be there to help me.

One of our air conditioners was not working properly and I called at around 9:30pm thinking I would leave a message and my call would be returned the next day. To my surprise, Susie Croffoot answered and asked a few questions and then instructed me to turn off the unit and just run the fan. Kirk arrived the next day promptly at 3:00pm and after troubleshooting the problem, recommended a stop leak additive and refill of the 3 lbs of lost coolant. He provided a quote, which I approved and completed the work in a very short time. That was over a week ago and everything is working fine. I would recommend Croffot Heating and Air Conditioning to anyone that need A/C or heater repair or replacement.
