Shannon has been stellar to work with since the first day I called him. We are working with a builder who has never done any concrete work. When I told the builder of my desire for a floating concrete hearth and thick concrete vanity tops and sinks for the master bathroom...I didn't get far. I am so glad I took the initiative to reach out to ArtisanCrete and hire Shannon, despite the builder. Shannon worked with me on all aspects of design and produced two products that are beyond my expectations. He didn't leave the project until he was satisfied that the hearth was secure, adding more brackets for support. Shannon has been a shinning light in an otherwise stressful process of custom home building. He is a consummate professional. He has studied hard and perfected his craft. Rest assured not all concrete work is created equal. My husband and I would not hesitate to recommend Shannon and his team to anyone who is interested in getting concrete into their home design.
