Sims Furniture

We purchased a Dynasty couch expecting good quality for the price we paid and the time it took for the manufacturer to build it, which was about three months. So far we have had to return it for repair once with the sims tech for stitching and noisy frame and a second time to the manufacturer for the noisy frame that progressively worsened. After the second time being repaired by Dynasty in Calgary for three weeks, today was the delivery date Oct 10, 2023. Upon delivery, the drivers asked if I could test it before moving it into the house, and I'm glad I did. Even after the repair at the manufacturer, it still had a squeak in the frame that required attention, and I am not sure how it was missed, as it was highly noticeable when you sat back on the sofa. Therefore, I had to return it a third time, which isn't ideal. Upon calling customer service regarding this issue, I asked what the next step would be. I suggested a refund or replacement option, and in doing so, I received an attitude from customer service, who stated," There was nothing she could do, and her hands were tied," and it was left to the manufacturer. Wow! I was only asking what other options were available to resolve this issue, as the repair still hasn't fixed the problem. Needless to say, the unprofessional attitude towards me has pushed us away from making any more purchases with Sims furniture and hopefully, we can get this couch repair resolved on a good note. I guess spending more doesn't equate to quality!
