We relied heavily on Siobhan's creative flair, expertise and project management skills to bring a perfectly presentable holiday let property bang up-to-date to meet the exacting demands of the very top-end of the market. The project was spread over 3 phases, including a complete refurbishment of a large lounge/diner followed by restyling two bedrooms and a master bathroom and finally converting a wc in to a much-needed shower room and redecoration of a long hallway. Always willing to accommodate our personal tastes and preferences, she skilfully designed a scheme for each stage of the project that fell within our budget and yet encouraged us to be bold where we may have tended to be more reserved. We quickly came to trust Siobhan’s judgement and she never let us down. Her project-boards and strong communication skills helped us to visualise the works to take place and she sourced furnishings and fittings from far and wide to help add interest and bring each area together. Each phase had very different budgets, which Siobhan ably project-managed. We also relied on Siobhan to style each room for professional photoshoots for use by our letting agents for advertising purposes. The outcome has been a visually stunning refurbishment of a characterful, early 17th Century mill-house that has excelled our expectations and been met with very positive feedback by our discerning guests.

So happy with Siobhàn's transformation of our downstairs space. We were very nervous about using an interior designer but after downsizing to a much smaller property we just couldn't make the downstairs work. We read an article about Siobhan in Devon Life and decided to give her a call. What a great decision. Siobhàn spent time getting to know us and asking lots of questions about our lifestyle. She then proposed repositioning the living room and opening it to a new orangery giving the house a totally different look and feel and creating new areas for relaxing and entertaining. Most importantly the project was completed as promised in time for us to host Christmas.

Siobhan put the vague ideas we had for the property into a practical and realistic plan with the added flair and creativity we could never have managed- and all working within our budget.
