I was very overwhelmed when I first decided to do a townhome renovation, and she has, taken all the choices and split them up step by step so I can focus on the most pertinent decisions at the time. I recently had the pleasure of collaborating with Natasha after her completion of the design and remodel of a few residential projects in the Bay Area. Her attention to detail and innovative approach to reimagining existing building elements was clearly articulated in the amelioration of each space. Natasha was extremely helpful in giving us direction, structure, and frameworks with which to think about the design for our new home build. She was awesome not only during the build phase but also gave us some fantastic ideas when we worked with her again on furnishings and decor once the house build was complete. Natasha was easy to work with and able to provide lots of visualizations, which were so helpful when trying to envision how things would all come together. Natasha really knows her stuff. She gave us great ideas for our kitchen remodel, worked with us to create a beautiful plan and helped us execute the plan. She was responsive to logistic questions and had an answer for everything that came up. She also handled getting our permit approved through the city of San Jose in a timely manner. We were also thrilled with how our bathrooms turned out, though they were much smaller projects.

Natasha brings a fresh perspective that motivated me to get started on some projects that I've wanted to work on for years! What started as a kitchen floor and minor refresh project inspired me to completely revamp several living spaces, not because she pressured me to do more but because her suggestions helped inspire me to update my home to make it a space that is now more in line with my current taste and style. She helped me source materials that are fresh, modern but also captured the essence of my home and were functional for how I actually live in my home. She has great ideas, is respectful of your realistic budget, and she is someone that I will definitely engage in future design projects. I've had the pleasure with working with Natasha on three projects already over the past 3 years. On the very first project we brought Natasha on board was a complete remodel of a large home with a detached ADU. We were already in the framing stages of the project when Natasha started working with us. She ramped up very quickly and provided amazing design and feedback that we ran with. It was a very difficult project will lots of uniquenesses that made it a difficult project to do design work on. That didn't stop Natasha from coming up with wonderful solutions. In the end the house sold way above what were even expecting it to sell for and received a lot of compliments from everyone who came through the property. The second project we worked with Natasha on was a spec house. This time we brought Natasha in much earlier on the project which was a very wise decision. This allowed her to take control of many of the critical decisions from the very beginning and really provide her feedback through every step of the project. Natasha is very hands on and involved throughout the entire project. Even when we were running ahead of schedule she stepped up to provide us all the details so that our project did not slow down at all. This isn't something you see very often especially with designers which we (as general contractors and spec home builders) really appreciate. She also has a firm understanding of budgeting and knows how to provide solutions even when our budget isn't as high. In the end the project completed in on time and came out amazing and is one of the nicest homes we've built because of Natasha's diligence and promptness. The final project and the most recent was a custom built home for a mutual client. On this project Natasha acted not only as the architect but also the designer. The earlier you get Natasha involved on a project the better the results will be. And in my opinion this is where Natasha really shines! On this specific project Natasha worked with our client from the get go to design them their "forever home" with every single detail you could ever think about. Natasha is was deeply involved in the project and even at times pushed us build custom solutions that we've never built before. Like all the other projects that we've worked with Natasha on this turned out just as amazing and our clients were very pleased. I know I've been going on for a while about Natasha but in short you can not go wrong working with her. I am a very particular general contractor and not the easiest person to work with at times because I push my subs hard. Natasha was never bothered by this and accepted any challenges I put in front of her. Her design solutions and ideas are by far one of the best I've seen out there. She is extremely detailed and makes herself available regularly throughout the project when we come across obstacles. In short I would highly recommend her!
