John and his company completed a rather complicated build of our new mountain home. The home was constructed on the foundation of an existing 25 year old house that was demolished saving only the garage and the foundation. The project was challenging due to the condition of the original foundation, the grade of the property and a heavily treed location. John was available when needed to answer questions, provide information to assist in the decision process, worked closely with the architect to ensure proper construction, and followed through on all commitments. He was instrumental in providing advice, recommending other contractors, and was cooperative when changes were requested along the way. We consider John a master craftsman and a trustworthy partner. The house is now 3 years old and we are very satisfied with he condition of the structure, which is a testimony to the quality of the craftsmanship. Working with John has been a pleasure over the past few years in Blue Ridge, GA.
