Ou outdoor living space became a dream come true when working with Solana’s designers Allen. We have recently decided to continue to enhance the area even more so of course we went back to a Allen because he listens and can turn your thoughts into reality. Thank you!

Please keep looking. I fell for the sales pitch over a year ago and still do not have a working pool heater and spa. I can't count the broken promises, days of no on-site activity, blown off appointments and unreturned phone calls. Completely unreliable.

My husband and I are thrilled with the final project. It was a large undertaking which included design, hardscape, irrigation, all new plantings, outdoor kitchen, lighting, water feature, and fireplace. Our designer was very talented and capture our vision perfectly! Everyone was easy to work with and professional. We truly appreciated the owner stepping in as needed and giving us personal attention. We highly recommend them and would hire Solana again!

We decided to have a ramada built with a small patio and walkway, which included changing the adjacent landscape elevation and appearance. After considering possible companies, we chose Solana. Allen Demony was our designer, and we easily relied upon his landscaping expertise. He carefully listened in order to understand our vision, and with his added suggestions a better-looking, functional and affordable design was created. Implementation is of course crucial, and the many Solana workers who came were pleasant, respectful and efficient, easily adjusting to the physical realities as presented. We are very happy because we now are enjoying our attractive and more comfortable patio setting. Using a scale of 1 to 5 for project design, Solana, earned a 5. No project is perfect from start to finish; delays may occur due to scheduling with other current jobs, and untimely material arrivals. As homeowners who have previously hired contractors, Solana performed well above average. Even so, from our perspective the specifics of the work schedule were at times left uncertain. With this minor issue noted, our construction experience merits a 4.5/5. In short, we do highly recommend Solana.

We presented a particular challenge to our designer as we didn't have a clear picture in our mind as to what we wanted our redesigned backyard to look like. The designer never gave up on us or lost her patience with us as we struggled to articulate what we liked or disliked. The end result was a design that was everything and more than what we had hoped for. The employees that created the new landscape, installed the drip line, water feature and hardscape were so pleasant, considerate, and attentive to making us happy and exceeding our expectations that we actually enjoyed having them around while they completed the work. Some bumps in a major project are unavoidable, but everything was handled professionally and always to our satisfaction. Bottom line is that we are thrilled with the way it all turned out.

Solana just completed a very difficult redesign of our yard this past December 2016 to create an effective, functional and aesthetically please wall with water features to mask sound from a newly surfaced road by our home. Stephen worked effectively with us and our HOA and he and his team mates at Solana were both persistent, professional and resourceful in helping us resolve this problem. We would use Solana again and recommend them highly. Jeff

Overall everything was excellent from the planning to the finishing of our outdoor pavers, landscaping and irrigation. Dawna was a great listener and Mark responded quickly to our concerns or questions. There are always delays but we are not the only job they were working on and it still got done in a reasonable time. My only complaint would be the billing system and invoices are confusing and not clearly explained. I think I could learn Mandarin easier than decifering the percentage paid.

Lots of trade talent....I can only rate at this level at this point as the (April) project with some additional work was only completed recently. Perhaps a one year review can be more meaningful...so I hope I have an opportunity to review then

Stunning and unique design that really captured my unique style. They worked through unexpected problems with ease. However, communication throughout the project could have been better.

As an Interior Design Professional I have had the opportunity of working with Solana Outdoor Living on many different occasions. My projects often extend to the outdoors with furnishings and finish consulting so it is invaluable to me to have a relationship with a company who has talented and receptive designers and a team of workers and supervisors who listen to the needs of the client as well as the input of the interior designer. The projects that I have been involved in exemplify a variety of looks where the site and architecture are taken into consideration as well as the future use of the clients. the detailed process that they put into the initial consultation in their beautiful design center, provide the opportunity to identify the client's needs and desires for their outdoor spaces. This attention to detail is seen the amazing end results of each project.

We have worked with Solana Outdoor Living on an absolutely stunning project- The Westin La Paloma in Tucson, AZ. They were timely, professional, technically proficient and quality oriented: They only were interested in doing things the right way. As a tribute to their work, the Westin added more of our glass tile to the project 1.5 years later because it looked so good. I would highly recommend them over and over for any project in which a concerning client wants a stunning outcome.

We selected Solana Outdoor Living to design and construct the pool and outdoor living space for our new home being built by Dove Mountain Homes. We spend a lot of time outdoors and wanted the Sala and pool to be the focus of the house. We loved the design but were a little concerned about their ability to bring the project in on budget and on time. We were not disappointed. Allen, Mike and Rich were great to work with, very professional and willing to make changes through out the project to meet our needs. The end product is both beautiful and functional. We would recommend them without reservation.
