Southfork Lighting

I received the product in a timely manner and is of good quality. Unfortunately the color does not work and I want to return or exchange. This is where things are going wrong. I have sent several emails and text messages via addresses and numbers provided on the website. Have received no response. Also tried call several times only to be transferred to a voice mail that will not accept any more messages. Apparently there are only 2 people that can help me. I was able to find someone in Finance. This is very frustrating. First there site promotes free returns but when I drilled down there was a restocking fee. My fault for thinking free meant no money will be spent on a return. Second the price for each light lowered by $25 the day I received the product. I would like to find out how to get that same price for a different color light. Also don’t want to pay a restocking fee on the higher price. Finally all I want to know are my options so I can determine the direction I want to take. If I am going to be out money it will impact my budget on another option. The frustrating part is there is no one that can help me. So buyer beware - free does not mean $0 and if you have questions you need to be patient, very patient.

These lighting fixtures are beautiful! The website was easy to navigate and I was lucky enough to catch a sale. The fixtures arrived quickly and well packaged. They look beautiful in my bathroom.

Product was exactly what I ordered, however I ordered a pair of pendants to hang over my island and unfortunately the glass is two different colors. One gives off a light green cast , the other a blue hue. So if you are looking to match , beware they don"t always match up.
