This was our second time working with Sue. She is extremely competent with years of experience, but most importantly, she listens to what you need and her well thought out and creative designs reflect this. She has standards as high, if not higher than yours, and wants your finished closets to be perfect. And, they will be.

Sue had her field teams, Will and Daniel, did a great job helping us design a solution, then took a craftsman like approach to the installation - great job!

Sue has done a number of projects for us and they have all turned out beautifully. She is an excellent designer and is wonderful to work with. We have an old home and she is our 'go to' person for any home improvement projects that require cabinetry/built-ins. She always does a fabulous job.

Sue did a great job designing the craft cabinets for my basement! They are perfect for me needs and all of my crafting supplies are safely tucked away behind the doors! She was great to work with and always answered my questions quickly!

I can't say enough wonderful things about Sue. I have been working with her since 2016 to enhance the storage and organization of our home built in the early 70's (translation - Small Closets and no storage). I used the Closet Factory to install 2 built ins, in different areas of my home. Sue Pike, a senior design consultant, came to my home for a consultation. She listened to my needs, showed me photos and let me flip through her iPad foe designs. On the spot, she came up with a fantastic plan, that matches my cabinetry. I did not feel pressured to leave a deposit, but I opted to that day. She emailed me the pictures and details of the units in a PDF file. Days later, I wanted to change the height of one of the cabinets. She happily came back for a remeasurement. She was honest about the installation date (which was a reasonable time) and made accommodations to move it up when there was a cancellation. It was clear that communication between the field workers and the office staff was very good. The senior installer, Ionel (pronounced Yonell) was very professional and detail oriented. He put mats over the carpets where he worked, and there wasn't a speck of dust! Ionel worked around electrical outlets and wiring, and asked my opinion on aesthetic items. He matched the ceiling and floor trim. He was very personable and talked with my children, and petted my dog. Lastly, the built ins are absolutely beautiful. They look like they were "born" with the house. Highly recommended. Sue specked out another bigger project while she was here, and I will be calling the closet factory back to have it done.

We have a very small walk in master closet and Sue increased our hanging space by more than 30 inches, and provided 3 separate shelving/drawer units as well - and on top of that it looks beautiful. This was a wonderful experience from start to finish. Sue helped me design a pantry storage unit for my kitchen/dining area as well as a unit for my TV and books. Both units have open and closed storage for my "pretty" stuff as well as the "not so pretty" stuff. Crown molding tops off the units to make them look pretty and not just functional. Sue offered me lots of door and hardware styles and helped me design units that are functional as well as being within my price range. The installer was great and did the work exactly as described to me and he left the areas cleaner than when he started ;) This is my second experience with the Closet Factory and it was great. Finally, the built-in in my bedroom is amazing. It is function, but it is equal parts beautiful. When our friends tour our new home they gasp when they see the built-in. Some of my friends have to curb my enthusiasm by mentioning they have already seen it.....a few times! Our next project is already in the works!

Sue designed four closets and garage cabinets for us. She did an amazing job, especially the Master Bedroom closet. We didn't have much room in that closet and she arranged the cabinets to fit so many more cloths and shoes...plus has two drawers for jewelry and two slide hangers for necklaces. It is truly a masterpiece! She is great to work with and we highly recommend her.

We are so happy with our new closet factory installation and working with Sue Pick made it a breeze. We recently added a large walk in closet to our home. We did not want the usual “do it yourself” type of closet set up so we started searching for a company to work with. We had heard good things about the Closet Factory so we called for an estimate. Sue Pick came to our home….she looked at the closet that was under construction and talked with us about what we wanted. She then measured the area and went to her computer. Within 10 minutes she had worked up an illustration which showed how the closet would look with the items we discussed installed. We discussed Sue’s plan and easily made adjustments to accommodate our needs. Sue exudes confidence and caring for her customer making us comfortable working with her. We did obtain an estimate from another company but ended up coming back to Sue. We were confident that she would do a good job for us and she did. She was here when the installation was done and addressed a small issue with one part that was damaged. She followed up with us to make sure we were happy with the work and we definitely are. Working with Sue was a pleasure and we will definitely call her if we need any other cabinet or closet installation.

When we decided to embark on a much needed master bedroom closet renovation , we contacted several local companies. Sue Pike of the Closet Factory proved to be an excellent choice . She listened to our needs and wants , and helped us design a beautiful and efficient closet . Sue was very knowledgeable , reliable and professional. Within an hour of the project completion, she stopped by to be sure that everything was done to our specifications., and that the crew had cleaned up to our liking . At a later date , we had an issue with the lateral file drawer. I called Sue, and she immediately had the office call to schedule a service appointment . The problem was remedied within days. Sue was wonderful to work with. We had a small master closet with awkward little nooks and needed to have access to an upstairs attic- she did an amazing job maximizing space! A pleasure to work with and the work was completed super fast and the workers were very professional. I will definitely use them in the future!

We worked with Sue Pike on remodeling a spare space in our master bedroom into a dressing room/closet. It turned out absolutely stunning. She took everything we mentioned into consideration of her design. What I loved most was being able to have her come and see the space and create the design within minutes of entering measurements.
