After following Sunroom Living LLC and planning our Sunroom addition for years, we finally did it last year and are throughly enjoying it now. We purchased the Conservative Gable full room package. Patty, the owner, was extremely helpful in helping us design and plan the sunroom. Since Sunroom Living only provides the DIY kit (all custom), we had to manage the build out of the Sunroom; The success of our project in a large part was due to the support and eduacation provided during the entire process. Once Sunroom Living delivered our kit, the entire sunroom went up with a crew of three in three days: strucure, support beams, walls, roofing (except shingles), insulation, windows/ doors. Of course the interior finish (final flooring, fireplace, painting) took quite a bit longer since those were our additions. Patty was available throughout construction time to answer any questions and there no shortage on supplies as Sunroom Living did a proper 10% overage calculation. With a limited supply of construction teams in Vermont, having Sunroom Living manage the majority of the construction on their site, 3-5 days were doable for my team. There is no way to get a custom room added to your house in a timely and manner. And we were warm and cozy in our Sunroom last winter in northern Vermont. Thank you!
