Past and current projects include developments in various hospitality sectors including beach resorts, restaurants, theme parks to luxury waterfront residential, civic and institutional buildings. We also do village planning, focused on pedestrian friendly TND principals, including analysis of the urban context and strategic placement using focal points to enhance curb appeal. We can also provide project administration solutions including assistance with establishing brand standards. Current projects include renovations of two beach-side resorts, restaurants, government facilities including interior design and FF&E spec. and procurement for multi-residential / golf-course communities.
