Suzanne Rugg was great to work with! We hired her to redesign our kitchen, bathrooms, and fully furnish our second home. Her ideas and suggestions were just what I needed to have a better picture of what I wanted the interior of my home to look like. As our projects are coming to a completion, I couldn’t be happier with the results. The overall experience was very positive and fun! I highly recommend Suzanne!

Suzi, did an amazing job with our remodel. She was able to figure out our style and what we liked very quickly. We entrusted her to make almost all of the decisions from the paint color, fixtures, flooring, design and just overall feel. In addition, the contractor she recommended was fantastic along with all of his guys. I would highly recommend Suzi- It was nice working with her. It is hard to have people in and out of your house for over 3 months but Suzi made it worth every minute! Our home is like new!!!!!

I hired Suzi after a friend referred her to me for a consultation for a new kitchen remodel. We also needed new flooring and she ended up going through the whole house with us offering advice on how the make everything flow better. We haven't updated in about 15 years so there was a lot to do. She worked with us to design the new kitchen, helped choose new flooring and carpet options, lighting, added plantation shutters on all our windows, paint colors and furniture. Everything looks so amazing, it looks like a new house inside! I'm having her back for closet design this summer and to finish our outdoor entertainment area for my son's graduation party next year. I highly recommend her!

Suzi Rugg is one of my most amazing assets as a home investor/Realtor. I am able to use Suzi when I come across difficult design challenges in remodeling/designing older homes for resale in today's market. I have used her over the years with my clients and most recently for personal business. Suzi is professional, reliable, organized and has an great sense of humor.

Suzi's consulting services were engaged for a comprehensive remodel and staging for the sale of our 3,600 s.f. home in Scottsdale. In summary she was great! She was super knowledgable regarding current market trends, advising on how to maximize return-on-investment (not only on what to do, but what not to do!), and how to create the most attractive appeal for Buyers when our home went on the market. We could not have been more pleased with the end result. We went into contract quickly (within 2 weeks of listing) for a price we were excited to recieve. We highly recommend her services.

Suzi was great! She had a vendor or contact for every trade. She did a great job of coordinating everyone. We live out of state from our rental property so it was very important for us that she be able to be our project manager. Spruced up our property very quickly and it immediately rented!

I met Susi Rugg through my realtor and she staged my home for resale. She was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I was very impressed with her ability to work so well with others to meet deadlines. I know without her help my home would not have shown as well. I know if I had any kind of a problem, Susi is the first person I would call.

Commented: Need help with window treatment for sliding door....I don't prefer shutters on sliders, I agree they are heavy. This is what a panel track looks like: You can get them though a shade/blinds showroom.
