Joseph "Joe" Robinson and his team did a phenomenal job on our kitchen remodel at our home in Princeville. From the start when he came to the house, one can tell quickly how knowledgeable he was. He was also friendly and approachable, making suggestions and providing insights on our project. When the time came for the demolition and installation, he and his team were right on time, full-prepared and efficient in their work. They spent time prepping the area for the demo and one can tell that he and his team worked well together with an ease of communication and follow-through. We greatly appreciated the attention to detail. As part of the time, we were coordinating this project from California, Joe was great about sending videos on the status of the project. At the end when we came out for the installation of the quartz countertop (by another contractor), Joe and his team were on hand to do the final "punch list." One could tell how well respected he was with the other trades. He was able to get the electrician to come out quickly such that were able to get everything completed while we were on island. A gem of a team! The carpenters David and Russell were responsive and so nice to work with. Dereck, the electrician, was very knowledgeable and helpful. And Joe held it all together... it took a village, and Signature Homes of Kauai got it done! Mahalo!!!

We recently worked with Joe and Signature Homes Kauai on some door and window replacement to our 1950's house and a new wood fence and gate - and we are very happy with all of the work done by the team. Joe just completed a kitchen remodel for our condo in Poipu Beach including quartz countertops, tile, cabinet and appliance installation, lighting, and drywall. We are only here for a few months each winter and heard horror stories about how long a kitchen remodel can take. Not ours! Joe told me he could meet our schedule needs and he did it. He has excellent relationships with numerous companies and subcontractors which resulted in everything being done correctly and on time. It was exactly two weeks from the day he tore apart our old kitchen to the day our new countertops were installed. The tile went in the very next day and only two days later we hosted a pupu party to show off our beautiful new kitchen. Unbelievable! I will recommend Signature Homes Kauai to everyone.

A flooring installation was done by Signature Homes on another property we own and the quality of that job led me to employ them for this addition to an already existing structure. I've had the pleasure of having Joe and his excellent team work on several projects at my home. They replaced all the windows in my home and built a lovely lanai for me. Joe and his team are very punctual, professional, and very good at the work they do! The windows were a huge project, and I was dealing with a very ill mother at the time, but they completed the entire job with my mothers comfort in mind and we were so pleased with the results. When I was looking for someone to do a bit of cement work on my lanai, I of course called Joe. He came out with suggestions that improved on my idea 100 times over. He ended up designing the entire project, and even when I threw in some last minute changes, he incorporate them with no problem! The result is an amazing front porch that will last forever, and greatly improved the curb appeal of my home. I could not be any happier with Signature Homes, Joe Robinson and his amazing team!
