Where should I begin? I have worked with Amy with business and personal fixtures for several years. She knows everything possible about plumbing, style and any other question you could possibly come up with in regards to fixtures. She's amazing in all ways! She's not only all I've mentioned but she exceeds my expectations every time. She always goes above and beyond and does whatever it takes to make a project successful, beautiful and exactly what you had hoped for. A true professional!

When my wife and I decided to move forward with remodeling our master bath, we visited a lot of plumbing shops in the area. After all that shopping around we decided to go with Taps design, almost entirely because of Amy. Right from the get go it was clear to us that she was knowledgeable, understood our style and, perhaps most importantly, was willing to work within our budget. She listened to what we wanted from a design standpoint, and showed us many options that we had never seen or considered before, and all of her suggestions were right on point both with respect to style and budget. Once we ordered our fixtures they came in promptly, and communication and coordination with Amy re: pickup was a breeze. If you are in need of plumbing fixtures, I highly recommend that you consider Taps. I doubt you will be disappointed.

Amy at TAPS in North Hampton NH was remarkably professional and knowledgable. If you want advice that is precise, this is where to go. She took the worry out of all the details of our bathroom remodel from proper fittings to referrals for specific needs. We had no surprises with the products or upon installation alleviating any remodel drama. This type of service becomes very cost effective.

We are about to embark on our third house with Amy (our retirement home), having followed her from her prior business. Our first experience with her (well over ten years ago!!) was for a relatively simple remodel of one & a half baths, leaving all fixtures in place, the second was a major/whole house remodel (2 full baths & kitchen) where there was some wiggle room for design, but mindful of cost with an entire house to contend with. I am very picky, and my husband is very practical. Amy is both, and a good listener. She never imposed her ideas if they weren't aligned with our goals, but she repeatedly opened our eyes to things we hadn't thought about, and always found products that were beautiful, durable/high quality, and within our relatively modest budget. As a Contractor, I have had the opportunity to work with Amy on numerous projects in the past several years. Her product knowledge, attention to detail, service before, during, and after the sale, and communication with me, as well as the customer, is second to none. Renovating our master bathroom is the biggest project we've done to date in our new home and Amy at TAPS was a huge help in our mission to find the right plumbing fixtures and hardware. She guided us through outfitting our shower, finding the right bathtub for our needs and size (we're tall), right down to the finish and design of our faucets and drawer pulls. The choices out there are mindboggling, but Amy helped us find great quality fixtures that fit within our preferred style.
