The website did not immediately show me what was in my cart. This resulted in my redundantly ordering my items. The website was also terribly slow. All in all, this was a miserable experience.

So everyone's been great to work with. Mycah is a wonderful designer and Keith was a delight to talk to. It's been a great experience. The only thing I can think of that may have been a negative is the website is a little wonky. Like the shopping cart numbers versus items caused a little confusion. And the modeler program to submit a request was a bit laggy and would refresh or crash so it took a couple of hours to use. But other than that, I'm excited to put the kitchen together. Thanks for everything.

Placed an order and paid October 3rd 2023 and as of today January 21st 2024 I am still waiting for issues to be resolved!!! Don't purchase from this place, they have horrible customer service!

From the free design program and the wide variety of options, to the final price, I am very impressed! My designer Mycah was awesome and patient while answering all of my questions and she was quick to provide changes to my design and provide follow-up emails. I'm excited to see my cabinets once they arrive and even more excited to see them installed. I figure I'd test the waters with these cabinets in a small office install, but I have a feeling I'll definitely be using them for future remodeling jobs.

I had a vision and rough idea of which products we wanted to use, but it was Jennifer's design help that gave us the confidence to place our orders.
