Outdoor patio and now bathroom tiles have been laid by Richard and his team. A depth of knowledge and experience meant that the advice he gave me was just right for my situation. I engaged Richard to undertake the tiling in our new house. This involved the en suite with walk in shower and bath, main bathroom and powder room. He was very accommodating under trying circumstances, working around other trades where possible and trying to fit our shifting timelines. He started and completed the job when he said he would for the agreed price. He gave excellent advice in terms of offering suggestions for finishing when asked, and raised concerns and made us aware of implications where our requests were inconsistent with best practice. Richard's set out and quality of finish is excellent and left us with a very high quality of finish over the wide range of tiles we selected. (We utilised both large and small format tiles, and natural stone). I found Richard very approachable and professional and would happily recommend him.
