Very fast shipping and customer service seems nice. I regret my purchase however because the color of the tile I received is greatly different than the sample I was sent. I ordered the sample to make sure what I was planning to order matched what was already in my home. It did. Once receiving new much darker tile I called and they let me know that colors can vary based on the batch and that hopefully it will blend once laid. I really do not see how it can blend and if it doesn't blend well they suggested we pull up existing tiles to lay the new tile to make it blend- that's quite a bit more work. I recommend that if coloring varies this dramatically, that they send multiple samples and be very forthright about this upfront so you know before making the big purchase. I am not an expert who would just know these things. I would have done things differently and obviously this is not something you can just easily return. Update: After installing it is worse than I was expecting.

Ordered some Blue Bahia granite tiles. Tile-Stones contacted me before shipping to insure I was satisfied with the coloration and pattern. Very satisfied with this transaction. These tiles were for a custom hearth.

Excellent customer service. Very courteous and understanding to customer needs. Delivery was timely and professional. The trucking company they use even moved the 4 pallets of tiles into the garage after unloading it from the truck at no additional charge. Kudos to you and your team.

I am a Designer in Maryland working with a client where we selected Max Windsor Wide Plank flooring in Metallic Charcoal for the complete renovation of his Kitchen. My local distributor gave me an ETA of 4-5 weeks for the flooring. A quick search on the Internet led me to Tile-Stones.com. I definitely was a bit hesitant, never ordering such a product on the Net. My call was quickly answered by Ray. I found him to not only be completely professional but also knowledgeable and extremely friendly. We spoke several times over the phone with regard to my order and a few add-ons which were necessary. Each time Ray went out of his way to get me samples and specs for each item. The level of Customer Service was second to none. The flooring planks were delivered on time and in perfect condition. I would not hesitate to use Tile-Stones again in the future and would definitely recommend them both professionally and personally.

I found Tile-Stones on the internet. I was searching for the plank wood style tile. I luckily found the exact tile I was looking for and they had it in stock. I ordered 13,000 lbs of tile. It arrived in three to four days. I was a little nervous at first since that was allot of tile and I was spending allot of money to ship that much over the internet. I can tell you, I was impressed with the service on the phone, and the call backs I received from the sales manager named "Ray"! He was very good at walking me through everything, and told me that if I had problems, let him know and they would make sure I was satified as a customer. Im real happy with the tile, and the quality. It arrived by an LTL truck courier service, and they helped get the 6 pallets into the garage.

I ordered only one square foot of slate 2x2 tiles. Price was great and order arrived in a timely manner. However, first shipment only had 1/4 of the tile. When i called Tile-stones they were very helpful and priority mailed the remainder of my order. I would buy from them again.
