I'm an Electrical Contractor that has been installing the required electrical for Guiton Pools for almost 3 years now. I've seen alot of pools and equipment installs (pumps, heaters ect.) and what I can is that their work reflects there leadership. From the top down this company top notch! My husband and I just want to take a minute to thank you for making the experience of putting our pool in so easy and for doing such a great job! We could not be happier with the way our new pool turned out or with the process of putting the pool in. When deciding on what company we were going to use for our pool we talked to a lot of different companies. Tom and the team at Guiton’s were by far the most helpful and took the most time to really go over things with us and make us feel like a valued customer. From the very beginning of the process with getting a quote and an idea for what would look good in our back yard Tom was extremely helpful. As the process progressed he took the time to make sure that we understood the whole process and what each stage of construction would entail. Cindy was also extremely helpful with the process and helping us get through the daunting task of picking colors and materials for our pool. She was also always available and quick to respond to any questions that popped up along the way. The construction team was also top notch! Each different trade that came in was very professional and always made sure to keep us informed of what was going on. Mark went above and beyond to help us with the process and even helped us with ideas for our yard and fencing to pass inspection. Each trade was also very clean and never left a mess behind that we had to clean up. They were also very timely and would show up when they said they would and the processes was never delayed beyond uncontrollable normal weather delays. Over all we are so happy that we decided to use Guiton’s for our new pool! Thank you so much for making that process so easy and for the beautiful end result! Our new pool is better than we even dreamed it could be! Tom guides you through the design process, estimates the cost of your project, and ensures all of your concerns are addressed prior, during, and after the project is completed. Skip oversees the construction process, ensures the project remains on schedule, and lends his expertise if there are any concerns once the project is completed. Eric is a very helpful, friendly, prompt, and motivated service technician who always shows up with a smile and positive attitude. Eric makes you feel as if he is only a phone call away. We certainly appreciate his "can do" attitude. And lastly, the in-store service technicians, who test our water, are very friendly and help to keep our salt water pool at its peak condition. Our family extensively researched and labored over the idea of adding a pool for more than a year. After meeting with essentially every pool contractor in the north state, I made contact with Guitons. We didn't contact Guitons initially because we had the impression they were out of our price range. As a lifelong Shasta county resident I knew Guitons reputation as the gold standard of pool builders, so I decided to make the call. During the first 15 minutes of my meeting with Tom Allen, I realized the stark contrast in terms of professionalism and knowledge compared to all the other builders we met with. In that meeting I decided that if we were going to build a pool it would be with Guitons. Not only was Guitons competitive in their estimate, they also had the most creative and upfront approach that we had heard. Once we decided to move forward the real magic of Tom and his crew took shape. Tom was always available to answer questions and provide insight to the process. In regard to the building crews, each crew was engaging, knowledgeable, and respectful of our home and our concerns. Special thanks to Mark Courange and Jim Havens. Both of these men went above and beyond during the entire building process. Our family was truly blown away by the work ethic and general quality of workmanship the Guiton's crew gave us. Finally, our pool was done start to finish in less than two months, which compared to friends who have gone with other companies is extremely quick. I give Tom Allen and Guiton's Pools my highest recommendation. Since our pool has been built we have enjoyed it without issue or concern. There is only one choice in my mind in Northern California for pools, Guitons!

They were out to a tile cleaning job on our pool. It was newly renovated, but we kept the old tile, and with the excellent job done cleaning that tile, it looked like new. Will return for future service.

I purchase all of my pool supplies at Guitons. Every time I go in and have questions I end up speaking with knowledgeable people that have understandable solutions. I have shopped at other pool supply stores and have never been satisfied until I came to Guitons. Pool supplies and equipment are never cheap, but at Guitons at least I feel as though I'm being sold only what I really need.

Tom Allen of Guiton's Pools is the ultimate professional. As a landscape designer, incorporating pools into the new plan is always easier when I work with Tom and his crews. Because he has done so many pools, he knows how to handle challenging site condition or client preferences, and also has the creativity to figure out whatever needs to done. He pulls off very elegant yet practical designs that can really have your jaw dropping in wonder, while keeping budgets and costs firmly in hand. The subcontractors he has worked with for years are right there when you need them and they do excellent work! They are the best choice for our area.
